Public Schools
The public schools in the Northern Mariana Islands are managed by a group called the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands Public School System. This system works a lot like the public school systems you find in the United States. It was first started in the year 1987.
Higher Education
After finishing high school, students can go to college. There is one main college in the territory. It is called Northern Marianas College. This college is located in Saipan. It also has smaller campuses on the islands of Tinian and Rota.
