Elisabeth, Countess of Neuchâtel or Isabelle de Neuchâtel (died 25 December 1395) was a powerful woman who ruled the County of Neuchâtel from 1373 until 1395. She was a "ruling countess suo jure", which means she held the title and power in her own right, not through her husband. This was quite special for a woman in the 1300s!

Elisabeth was the daughter of Louis I of Neuchâtel and Jeanne de Montfaucon. She married Rodolphe IV de Nidau.
