Elizondo is a charming town located in the northern part of Spain. It is found in the province and region of Navarre. The town sits right on both sides of the Baztan River.
Elizondo is the main town, or capital, of the beautiful Baztan valley. Most of the shops and services for the valley are located here. It is one of fifteen small towns that make up the valley. The important Valley House is also in Elizondo. This building holds the City Council and the General Assembly of Baztan. The town includes smaller areas called Anzamborda, Berro, Etxaide, and Beartzun.
