Emmanuelle Vaugier (born June 23, 1976) is a Canadian actress. She has appeared in many movies and TV shows. You might know her from her roles as Detective Jessica Angell on CSI: NY or Mia on Two and a Half Men. She also played Dr. Helen Bryce on Smallville and The Morrigan on Lost Girl. In movies, she was in Saw II and 40 Days and 40 Nights.

Early life

Emmanuelle Vaugier was born in Vancouver, Canada. Her parents came from France. She grew up speaking French and was raised in a Roman Catholic home.

She went to Crofton House School, a private school for girls, for ten years. Later, she moved to Magee Secondary School for her last two years of high school. This school had a special program for students who were athletes, artists, or musicians. Emmanuelle also has an older brother named Jason.

Career

Emmanuelle Vaugier started her acting career in 1995. She has worked in both television and movies. She has also lent her voice and movements to video games.

Vaugier first appeared on TV in 1995 in an episode of Highlander: The Series. In 2004, she was in the show North Shore. She also made guest appearances on popular shows like Veronica Mars, Supernatural, Smallville, and Charmed.
