Enjoy Contemporary Art Space is a special place in Wellington, New Zealand. It is located in the lively Cuba Street arts area. This art space focuses on contemporary art, which means art made in our modern times.
Enjoy was started in the year 2000 by three artists: Ciaran Begley, Ros Cameron, and Rachel Smithies. They created it as an artist-run space. This means artists themselves managed and ran the gallery.
Today, Enjoy is a not-for-profit art space. This means it does not aim to make money. Instead, its goal is to support art and artists. It shows art, publishes books, and hosts events. It also offers special programs for artists. These programs help new and experienced artists share their work.
