Erik Augustin Lincar, born on October 16, 1978, is a Romanian football manager and a former player. He is currently the head coach for the Liga II club Bihor Oradea.

Playing Career Highlights
Erik Lincar started his football journey in his hometown of Oradea, Romania. He joined the youth team of Bordeaux before making his big debut.
Early Club Success
In 1997, Lincar began playing in Romania's top league, Divizia A, with Steaua București. He quickly found success with the team.
- Steaua București won the league title in his first season (1997–98).
- They also won the Romanian Cup in 1999.
- Another league title followed in 2001.
Playing Abroad
After his time with Steaua București, Lincar moved to Greece in 2002. He played for Panathinaikos and Akratitos. Later, he played for Amkar Perm in Russia.
Return to Romania
Lincar returned to Romania and played for several clubs. He even started his coaching career while still playing for Prefab Modelu, where he was an assistant manager.
International Matches
Erik Lincar also played for his country, the Romania national team. He earned five caps, which means he played in five international matches, between 1999 and 2000. He was also part of the team for the Euro 2000 tournament, though he did not play in any matches there.
