Faizon Andre Love (born Langston Faizon Santisima on June 14, 1968) is an American actor and comedian. He is famous for his funny roles in many popular movies. You might know him from films like Friday, Elf, The Replacements, and Couples Retreat.
He is also the voice of the character Sean "Sweet" Johnson in the popular video game Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. On television, he played Wendell Wilcox on the show The Parent 'Hood.

Early Life and Background
Love was born in Santiago de Cuba, Cuba. Because his father was in the U.S. Navy, his family moved around a lot. This is often called being a "military brat." He grew up in different places, including Southeast San Diego, California, and Newark, New Jersey. He went to Morse High School in San Diego and graduated from there.
Acting and Comedy Career
Faizon Love's journey into entertainment began when he was just 15 years old. He started performing as a stand-up comedian. At age 19, he got his first acting job in a play that was performed off-Broadway in New York City.
First Movie and TV Roles
Love's first movie was the animated film Bebe's Kids. In the movie, he voiced the comedian Robin Harris, who had passed away before the movie was finished. Love was chosen because his voice sounded very similar to Harris's.
After that, he appeared in the movie The Meteor Man, which was directed by Robert Townsend. Townsend was so impressed with Love that he gave him a main role in his TV sitcom, The Parent 'Hood.
Famous Movie Roles
In 1995, Love had a memorable role as the character Big Worm in the comedy movie Friday. This role made him very popular with audiences.
He continued to act in many other successful comedies. Some of his well-known films include Don't Be a Menace, B*A*P*S, Blue Crush, and Idlewild. He also played the funny store manager Wanda in the Christmas movie Elf.
Voice Acting and Other Work
Besides acting in movies, Love is also a talented voice actor. In 2004, he provided the voice for Sean "Sweet" Johnson in the video game Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. Sweet is the leader of the Grove Street Families gang and the older brother of the game's main character.
In 2009, he was part of the cast of Couples Retreat. The movie is about four couples who go on vacation to a tropical island. In 2012, he also appeared in a series of funny commercials for the phone company Boost Mobile.
