Farhad Aslani was born into a Kurdish family in a city called Bijar, located in the Kurdistan province of Iran. Even though he was born there, he grew up in Tehran, which is the capital city of Iran. From a young age, Farhad was very good at imitating people, which is a great skill for an actor!
He started his acting journey in 1979. His very first role in a movie was in "The Blue-Veiled" in 1995. This film was directed by Rakhshan Bani Etemad.
