Federica Panicucci (born October 27, 1967, in Cecina) is a well-known Italian television host and radio personality. She has been a familiar face and voice in Italian entertainment for many years.

Early Career and TV Shows

Federica started her career in 1987 on a TV show called Portobello. She worked as one of the "telephonists" alongside Enzo Tortora. The next year, she joined the daily game show Il gioco delle coppie.

From 1991 to 1996, Federica became a very important presenter on the Italian TV channel Italia 1. During this time, she hosted several popular shows like Unomania, Twin Clips, and Smile. She also hosted the big summer music festival Festivalbar, which was a major event.

In the late 1990s, she continued to host various shows such as Arrivano gli uomini and Jammin Night. She also presented Il ballo delle debuttanti, which aired on both Italia 1 and Rai 1.

Moving to New Channels

In 2000, Federica began working on Rai 2. She hosted a daily program called Affari di cuore until 2002. After that, she hosted other talk shows on the same channel that focused on love stories, like Batticuore and Scherzi d'amore.

From 2003 to 2005, she hosted the funny late-night show Bulldozer with Enrico Bertolino. She also presented special TV events like Concerto di Natale (Christmas Concert) and Bravograzie.

Return to Italia 1 and New Successes

In 2006, Federica returned to Italia 1. She hosted an episode of Comedy Club. In the autumn of that year, she co-hosted the Italian version of Beauty and the Geek, called La pupa e il secchione, with Enrico Papi. This show became one of her biggest TV successes. The next year, she hosted the pilot show Mi raccomando and comedy shows Candid Camera and Cupido.

Morning and Sunday TV

Since September 2009, Federica has been working on Canale 5. She hosts the morning news and entertainment show Mattino cinque. She first hosted it with Claudio Brachino and later with Paolo Del Debbio.

From January 2011 to April 2012, Federica also hosted another news and entertainment show, Domenica cinque, on Canale 5. This show aired on Sunday afternoons.

Radio Career

Besides television, Federica also has a career in radio. In 1996, she started hosting Dear Deejay on Radio Deejay, where she stayed until 2003.

In 2006, she hosted Superclassifiche on R101. She then continued with La superclassifica, a program about the Italian music charts, which is still on air today.
