Filfla is a tiny island located about 5 kilometers (3 miles) south of Malta. It is the most southerly point of the Maltese Archipelago. This small island is not inhabited by people.
A very small rocky islet called Filflu (or Filfluu) is located about 102 meters (335 feet) southwest of Filfla. This even smaller islet holds the southernmost point of Malta.
