One of Françoise Labbé's biggest achievements was starting the Musée d'art contemporain de Baie-Saint-Paul. This museum, which opened in 1979, is a place where people can see modern art. It was first called the Centre d'exposition de Baie-Saint-Paul. Françoise Labbé was the General Director of this museum. This means she was in charge of running it. She continued in this important role until she passed away in 2001.
