Frank Preston Stearns (1846–1917) was an American writer and activist. He lived in Massachusetts during the 1800s. His father, George Luther Stearns, was also a famous abolitionist. An abolitionist was someone who worked to end slavery.
Frank Stearns wrote many important books. These books were about famous Americans and writers. Some of his well-known works include The Life and Genius of Nathaniel Hawthorne and The Life of Prince Otto von Bismarck. He also wrote a book about his own father, called The Life and Public Services of George Luther Stearns.
