Fürstenfeld District facts for kids
The Fürstenfeld District was a special area, or district, in the state of Styria in Austria. Think of it like a county or a region that had its own local government. This district was an important part of Styria for many years.
However, on January 1, 2013, the Fürstenfeld District joined together with another district called Hartberg. They formed a brand new, bigger district known as Hartberg-Fürstenfeld. This merger helped to organize the region differently.
