Gerald Hiken (born May 27, 1927 – died January 6, 2021) was a talented American actor. He was known for his roles in many plays on Broadway and for appearing in popular TV shows and movies.

Gerald Hiken grew up in Milwaukee, a city in the United States. He learned acting at a famous school called HB Studio in New York City.
He was a very successful stage actor. In 1980, he was even nominated for a Tony Award for Best Actor in a Play for his amazing performance in a play called Strider. A Tony Award is like an Oscar, but for plays on Broadway!
Gerald also acted in several movies. Some of his films include The Candidate (1972), Reds (1981), and Fat Man and Little Boy (1989).
On television, Gerald Hiken often appeared as a guest star. He was seen many times on Car 54, Where Are You?, a funny show created by his cousin, Nat Hiken. In 1988, Gerald Hiken also appeared in two episodes of the popular TV show Cheers. He played a character named Dennis, who was the father of Martin Teale.
Gerald Hiken passed away on January 6, 2021, at the age of 93.
