Goldfrapp is a music group made up of two talented musicians, Alison Goldfrapp and Will Gregory. They make electronic music, which uses computers and synthesizers to create sounds. So far, they have released six studio albums. One of their songs, "Ooh La La," was very popular in the UK in 2005, reaching number four on the music charts.

Goldfrapp's Music Journey

In 1999, Goldfrapp signed a deal with Mute Records, a record company. This meant they could start releasing their music officially.

Their first album, Felt Mountain, came out in 2000. It was well-received by music critics and reached number 57 on the UK Albums Chart.

In 2003, Goldfrapp released their second album, Black Cherry. This album was even more popular, reaching number 19 on the UK Albums Chart.

Their third album, Supernature, was released in 2005. It was a huge success, going straight to number two in the UK. This album was even nominated for a Grammy Award in 2007 for Best Electronic/Dance Album, which is a very important award in music.

In February 2012, Goldfrapp released an album called The Singles. This album was a collection of twelve of their most popular songs from earlier albums, plus two brand new songs for their fans.
