Graham White is a former Australian rugby league player. He played for the North Queensland Cowboys in the 1990s. Graham mostly played as a halfback, which is a key position in rugby league.

Graham White's Rugby League Journey
Early Career and Representative Teams
Graham White is of Indigenous Australian descent. He showed his talent early on. In 1992, he played for the Australian Aboriginal team. They competed in the Pacific Cup tournament.
From 1992 to 1994, Graham was chosen for the Queensland Aboriginal team. He also played for the Queensland Residents team in 1993 and 1995. This team is made up of top players who live in Queensland but might not play in the main national competition.
Playing for the North Queensland Cowboys
In 1996, Graham White made his big debut in the top-level Australian rugby league competition. This was during Round 15 of the 1996 ARL season. He played for the North Queensland Cowboys.
His first game was against the Western Suburbs Magpies. The Cowboys lost that game 32 to 40. This was an exciting moment for Graham, playing at the highest level of the sport.
After the Cowboys
After his time with the Cowboys, Graham continued his rugby league career. In 1997, he joined the Central Queensland Capras team. This team plays in the Queensland Cup, a strong competition in Queensland.
Graham became the captain of the Capras. He played for the club for five seasons. During this time, he played 102 games and scored 383 points. In 1997, he again represented the Queensland Residents team. Later, in 2003, he played for the Easts Tigers club.
Honored for His Career
In 2019, Graham White received a special honor. He was named in the Rockhampton Indigenous and Torres Strait Islander All Star Team of the Century. This shows how much his contributions to rugby league are valued.
