Half-space (geometry) facts for kids
When a cartesian plane (Infinite 2D space) is split with a line (doesn’t matter where) the two sides will be of equal area (because the plane is infinite on each side of the line), each side is known as a half-space. This concept applies to 3-D Euclidean space aswell.
