Starting His Career
Hiroyuki Dobashi was born in Kofu, Japan, on November 27, 1977. After finishing high school, he joined a football club called Ventforet Kofu in 1998. This club was based in his hometown. At that time, they played in the Japan Football League.
Playing in the J2 League
In 1999, Ventforet Kofu moved up to a new league called J2 League. Hiroyuki Dobashi often played as a defensive midfielder. This means he helped protect his team's goal. For three years, from 1999 to 2001, his team finished last in the league.
Later Years with Ventforet Kofu
From 2002, Hiroyuki Dobashi played in many matches. The team's performance also started to get better. In 2005, Ventforet Kofu finished in third place. This was a great achievement, as it meant they would move up to the J1 League in 2006. However, Hiroyuki Dobashi did not play in any matches during that successful 2005 season.
Moving to New Teams
In 2006, Hiroyuki Dobashi moved to Matsumoto Yamaga FC. This club played in the Regional Leagues. He became a regular player there, meaning he played in most games. He stayed with Matsumoto Yamaga FC for two seasons.
