Hiroyuki Tazawa (born April 29, 1978) is a former Japanese football player. He was a defender during his time playing professionally. Tazawa is known for playing with two important Japanese clubs: Yokohama F. Marinos and Vegalta Sendai.

Hiroyuki Tazawa was born in Kanagawa, Japan. He began playing football at a young age. From 1994 to 1996, he trained with the youth team of Yokohama F. Marinos. This club is one of the most famous football teams in Japan.

Becoming a Professional Player

Joining Yokohama F. Marinos

In 1999, Hiroyuki Tazawa officially joined the senior team of Yokohama F. Marinos. This team plays in the J1 League. The J1 League is the top professional football league in Japan. Even though he was part of the team, he did not play in any official matches that season.

Playing for Vegalta Sendai
