Hitoshi Matsushima (松島 仁, Matsushima Hitoshi, born April 30, 1980) is a former Japanese football player. He played as a forward during his career.
His Football Journey
Hitoshi Matsushima was born in Obihiro, Japan, on April 30, 1980. After finishing high school, he started his professional football career.
In 1999, he joined Shimizu S-Pulse, a team in Japan's top football league, the J1 League. He played a few matches for them during his time there.
In 2001, Matsushima moved to Ventforet Kofu, a team in the J2 League. He played many games for them over two seasons. He often came on as a substitute forward. Hitoshi Matsushima stopped playing professional football at the end of the 2002 season.
