Ilary Blasi (born April 28, 1981) is a famous Italian television host. She has also worked as a model and was an actress when she was a child.

Early Life and Family

Ilary Blasi was born in Rome, Italy. Her parents are Roberto and Daniela. Her mother named her after a character from one of her favorite Western movies. Ilary has two sisters, Melory and Silvia.

Her mother helped her get into the world of showbusiness. A neighbor told her mother that an agency was looking for a blonde child with blue eyes for a TV commercial. Her mother took Ilary to the audition, and she was chosen for her very first job.

Career Journey

Starting as a Child Actress

Ilary began her career at a very young age. When she was only three years old, she was in her first TV commercial. At age five, she had a small part in the movie "David & David".

A year later, she appeared in two more films, "Da grande" and "Vizio di vivere". She also acted in the movies "Fiori di zucca" (1988) and "La dolce casa degli orrori" (1989). During this time, she appeared in many commercials for famous brands like Renault cars and Barilla Group foods.

Becoming a TV Star

In the late 1990s, Ilary tried different ways to build her career in entertainment. She worked as a model and even acted in a play at a theater in Rome. In 1998, at age 17, she competed in the Miss Italia beauty pageant.

Over the years, Ilary has hosted many other successful programs. From 2016 to 2018, she was the host of Grande Fratello VIP, the celebrity version of Big Brother in Italy. She also hosted the reality show L'Isola dei Famosi (The Island of the Famous) from 2021 to 2023.

Personal Life

On June 19, 2005, Ilary Blasi married Francesco Totti, a famous professional soccer player. Their wedding was shown on TV, and the money earned was given to charity.

They have three children together. Their first son, Cristian, was born on November 6, 2005. Their daughter, Chanel, was born on May 13, 2007. Their third child, a daughter named Isabel, was born on March 10, 2016.

Because they were both very famous, the couple was often called the "Italian Beckhams" in the media. On July 11, 2022, it was announced that Ilary and Francesco had separated. After her separation, Ilary began a relationship with German businessman Bastian Müller.
