Ilgar Baylarov facts for kids
Ilgar Baylarov is a well-known architect from Azerbaijan. He was born in the city of Lachin on July 31, 1961. He studied at the Azerbaijan Civil Engineering Institute and finished his studies in 1983.
After graduating, Ilgar Baylarov worked in construction in Baku from 1983 to 1988. Later, he worked at the USSR Academy of Sciences. From 1993 to 1998, he was the director of a company called "Asia Plus". Today, he leads his own architecture company, "IBA GROUP LLC".

Ilgar Baylarov has designed many different types of buildings across Azerbaijan. His designs include:
- Tall residential buildings, like "Altes Park," "Altes Plaza," and "Sun City."
- The "Debut Bank" Administrative Building.

Awards and Recognition
Ilgar Baylarov has won several international architecture competitions for his excellent designs. He has received important awards for his work:
- In 2008, he was given the "Master Architect" certificate.
- In 2012, he received the special title of Honored Architect of Azerbaijan. This title is given to architects who have made a big impact on the country's architecture.
Since 1988, Ilgar Baylarov has been a member of the Union of Architects of Azerbaijan. This is a group for professional architects. Since 2007, he has also served as a secretary on the Board of the Union of Architects, helping to guide the organization.
