Description: Zellij tiles in the Saadian Tombs, Mausoleum of Ahmad al-Mansur. These tiles present a particular step in the evolution of zellij in Morocco, where the use of very fine thin pieces are used to form geometric patterns. (Cropped and lightened from previously uploaded picture by C messier in order to focus on the zellij tiles.)
