Description: Map depicting the August 1861 election for the Kentucky House of Representatives. The Union Democratic Party (blue) won 75 seats, while the States' Rights Party (red) won 25 seats. The newly created Webster County (indicated with dashed lines) was not included in the redistricting act of 1860 and therefore voted in this election with counties it was formerly part of.
