Description: Impression from the 1904 die of the Great Seal of the United States, which is still the same design used today (though newer copies of the die have been made). It was taken from a proclamation by Woodrow Wilson dated July 1, 1915, asking for the active interest in a National Negro Exposition to be held in Richmond later that month.
