Description: The John F. Kennedy Federal Building is a United States Federal government office building located in the Government Center area of Boston, Massachusetts, adjacent to City Hall Plaza and diagonally across from Boston City Hall. It was built in 1963-66 and was designed in the modernist style by Walter Gropius and The Architects Collaborative with Samuel Glaser. It consists of two 26 floor towers that sit on-axis to each other and a low-rise building of four floors that connects to the two towers via an enclosed glass corridor. The towers are 387 feet (188 m) tall.
