Description: View of 38 Centre Avenue from the parking lot on the northeast corner of Centre Avenue and Huguenot Street (Southbound US 1) in New Rochelle, New York. Though the building is considered to be a New Rochelle Historic Landmark, it's significance is confusing at least upon the list of such landmarks for Wikipedia. New Rochelle Historical Department claims this was the building used for Terrytoons studios, however the New Rochelle Historical Landmarks list also claims this address was shared by the Huguenot & Allaire Family Burial Grounds. The parking lot on the opposite side of the building (not shown) was having a church-sponsored farmers market that day.
