There are 2 floors below grade and storage space is available. Situated on eight city blocks, 14 acres, in downtown Houston, bounded by Calhoun, Brazos, Bell, and Milam streets. The property also features The Whitehall Hotel, with 325 rooms. There is direct auto access from metropolitan and suburban areas by urban thoroughfares and freeway systems. Pedestrians can access Cullen Center buildings from the concourse level skywalks and the downtown tunnel system.
