Description: 52-54 8th Avenue on the corner of Berkeley Place in the Park Slope neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York City was built in 1886 as a residence and was designed by F. Carles Merry in the Romanesque Revival style with some Queen Anne style elements. In 1914, after a fire, it was divided into two residences at #52 and #54.
