Description: Restoration of the Therizinosauroid dinosaur Alxasaurus elesitaiensis, here depicted with feathers. Since Alxasaurus close relative Beipiaosaurus likely had simple, hairlike feathers( based on fossils ), and scientists belive Alxasaurus also was covered with them. The basic restoration is based on a skeleton found here. The fossil is relatively incomplete, see a diagram of it here.
