Description: VALENZUELA TO BE CLOSER TO OTHER METRO MANILA CITIES The Manila North Tollways Corporation (MNTC), the concessionaire of the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX), will start constructing this month the second and last segment of the NLEX Harbor Link, a 5.65-km flyover that will connect three northern Metro Manila cities to the Manila North Harbor. As a surprise treat of the MNTC, Ms. Universe 2013 3rd Runner-up Ariella Arida and Miss Supranational 2013 Mutya Johanna Datul brought awe to the audience when they came to join the ceremony.
