The city probably lies in modern-day Turkey or Iran. Detail of a gypsum wall relief dating back to the reign of Sennacherib, 700-692 BCE, from the South-West Palace at Nineveh, Mesopotamia, modern-day Iraq. Currently housed in the British Museum, London.
