Only covering the face below the eyes and preventing distortion of the hair style. As knit cap. Around the neck as scarf. Note on the fitment: While the supposedly for females universal sized balaclava was cut to leave a very narrow slit for the eyes, it worked only on a larger male head. For the female model it worked only with cap part tucked behind her neck, like on the center image.
