Description: Richard H. Chambers United States Court of Appeals Building — Pasadena, California. Formerly the Vista del Arroyo Hotel — completed in 1931 on the Arroyo Seco (canyon) rim. Architects: Sylvanus Marston and Myron Hunt. Still in use by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, which began meeting here in 1985. Renamed the Richard H. Chambers United States Court of Appeals Building in 1992.
