Description: BUILT EITHER IN 1812 BY SOME ACCOUNTS OR CIRCA 1820’S BY A SIGN; WELL KNOWN STOP ON THE ROAD FROM WINCHESTER TO LEXINGTON. HAS BEEN RESTORED BY DR. MARC FORD, A RADIOLOGIST, AND HIS WIFE. INSIDE THE TAVERN ARE PARTS OF THE RESTORED GRIFFITH TAVERN FROM 1827 WHICH WAS MOVED FROM HARRISON COUNTY TO THIS LOCATION
