Description: The Pioneer Market was built in 1922 and is located at 119 N. Florence St. Between 1931 and 1957, the north bay was occupied by the Pioneer Market, one of Casa Grande's most frequented grocery stores. The south bay at one time housed a bank, and the vault and tellers' cages are still intact. It was listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 1985, reference #85000919.
