Description: Steps to perform the "Sailboats" pattern in Chinese jump rope. Left to right/top to bottom. Step 1: "Start with the rope around only one foot of each holder." Step 2: "Using one foot, grab one side of the rope and lift it up and over the other side." Step 3: "Place your other foot in the space in front of one of the holder's feet, then bring your two feet close together towards the center of the rope." Step 8: "Bring feet together..." Step 9: "apart..." Step 10: "and back together." Step 11: "Jump out of the rope and land on top."
