Description: Stucco-covered brick utility building east of the Clemuel Ricketts Mansion, located on Ganoga Lake near Lopez in Colley Township, Sullivan County, Pennsylvania, United States. Built in 1852, the Georgian mansion was added to the National Register of Historic Places on 9 June 1983 - this is a non-contributing property on the grounds.
