The 'cuy' (Cavia porcellus), is a domestic rodent popularly known as 'cuyo', 'conejillo de Indias', 'cobaya' or 'cobayo', among others. The photograph was taken in a restaurant in the Middle of the World City (San Antonio, near Quito, Ecuador).
