Description: The Gauthier Block, a neoclassical building designed by Holyoke architect Oscar Beauchemin, now known as Wayfinders Dwight/Clinton for the nonprofit housing service which current manages the property. Built in 1910, it displays many features typical of its architect's work, including belt courses at the top and ground floors, and inset faux bay windows.
