Description: Skull of „Gavialosuchus“ americanus SELLARDS 1915 (also regarded a species of Thecachampsa COPE), on display at Expominer 2007, Barcelona. Apparently, this is (? a copy of) the skull recovered from Upper Miocene or Lower Pliocene phosphatic deposits (Bone Valley Member, Peace River Formation, Hawthorn Group) of Polk County, Florida in 1990.
