Description: The "Green Bridge", the oldest steel highway bridge in New Mexico — at the New Mexico Farm and Ranch Heritage Museum, in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Originally the Pecos River Bridge in Chaves County (1902–1943), then moved to become the Rio Hondo Bridge at Picacho (1944–2007), and now located on the grounds of the New Mexico Farm & Ranch Heritage Museum (2007–present). The Museum building is to the left of the bridge in this photo. The bridge is on the National Register of Historic Places, NRIS Item No. 08000791, and is a New Mexico Registered Cultural Property, SR 1668.
