Description: Hotteok is a Korean snack made with wheat flour dough filled with dark brown sugar, cinnamon, sesame, and chopped peanuts. Originating in Korean Chinese cuisine, it was brought over by Chinese merchants to the ports of Korea during the late 19th century and it is now a popular street food.
