Description: This photograph shows the almost completely dry section of the Moonie River in northern New South Wales. The official spelling for the name of the river in New South Wales is Mooni River but common usage and the signpost at Gundablouie Bridge is Moonie River - the same as in Queensland which is the state in which most of the river is located.
