Description: Naper's General Store (1847-1849) - This building at 216-218 Main Street, Naperville, IL, was designed and built by Joseph Naper, the city's founder. It has served as a store ever since. It is the only building remaining of Naper's many commercial enterprises. The Masonic Lodge was housed on the third floor. The building was used for public meetings for many years.
