Description: Noongar Journalist Narelda Jacobs follows on from her father Cedric Jacobs' speech at National Sorry Day 2013 in Perth, Western Australia. The banner behind her reads "SORRY TODAY". Cedric and his younger brothers were part of the Stolen Generations and subjected to abuse. Narelda wears the "Commemorative Floral Emblem" of the Stolen Generations, the purple Native Hibiscus or Desert Rose made by Sally Baulch (deceased). National Sorry Day on 26 May 2013, the anniversary of the day the "Bringing Them Home" report was tabled in the Australian Parliament in 1997.
