Description: The historic Oroville Inn on Bird Street in Downtown Oroville opened on June 1, 1930. The exterior design of the five story building follows the late 19th and early 20th century Spanish Colonial Revival style. After falling into disrepair, the former hotel once owned by Thomas Edison was fully restored in 2016. Today, it serves as a housing option for students of Northwest Lineman College and Butte College.
