Description: Duane Reade has a large fleet of these running around the New York metro area for the purpose of keeping the pharmacies well stocked. Kenworth and Peterbilt seem to have focused their efforts on penetrating a couple of key North American markets. This explains why the 210/220 and its Kenworth twin (the K270) are so hard to spot in most other parts of the country. New York City is one of the only places in America where you will see a decent number of these.
