Description: Random Ashlar, Fencepost limestone mostly laid in shiner orientation to show off the Cretaceous Pfeifer Assemblage: Collignoniceras woollgari (faint spiral far right) Baculites yokoyamai (several tapered shapes) Inoceramus labiatus (thin cross section in the only non-shiner stretcher in the picture, upper left) Generally, fossils in the Greenhorn limestones like the Fencepost and the Shellrock lie in the horizontal bedding plain, and so are more apparent when the stone is set on-side, or shiner.
