Description: My favorite treat by See's Candies. The Scotch Kiss is a perfect marshmallow wrapped in soft caramel. This candy is also known as the "caramel biscuit" or "modjeska", which dates as far back as 1883.
I also like that they are wrapped individually in parchment paper.
